People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Test Manager with German.
Your duties will include:
We are looking for a skilled Test Manager with proficiency in German (B2 or higher) to lead and coordinate testing activities for our dynamic projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing test plans, ensuring smooth execution of tests, and delivering high-quality test reports. A strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps is essential for this position.
- Test Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed test plans and coordinate the execution of testing activities.
- Test Case Creation: Design comprehensive test cases and test scripts to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are covered.
- Test Monitoring: Track test progress, ensuring all testing activities follow the planned schedule.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on test results and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and project teams.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to testing, and devise strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure testing is conducted according to established quality standards and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on test progress, risks, and results.
Requirements that must be met:
- Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) is required for effective communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps for managing test plans, tracking progress, and reporting.
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Proven ability to monitor test progress and coordinate test activities across multiple teams.
- Knowledge of risk management and the ability to mitigate risks in testing processes.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid background in quality assurance to ensure testing aligns with industry standards.
