Test Manager (SAP S/4HANA ERP & SAP ePPM )

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Test Manager (SAP S/4HANA ERP & SAP ePPM )

Your duties will include: 

• Own the testing governance framework across SIT, UAT, regression, and deployment readiness. Review and independently challenge the System Integrator's Test Strategy, Test Plans, schedules, and defect management processes. Approve the project testing governance model and define testing security rules.
• Own the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including planning UAT activities, creating test scripts, defining test data, driving execution with business resources, coordinating Business Process Owners (BPOs) and key users, and managing the formal UAT sign-off process.
• Define and approve readiness criteria for SIT Entry/Exit and UAT Entry/Exit, assess residual risks and outstanding defects, and confirm whether acceptance criteria have been met.
• Lead business defect review meetings, prioritize critical and high-priority defects based on business impact, and own defect acceptance, risk acceptance, and decisions regarding business workarounds.
• Work closely with the Data Migration team to ensure test data is complete, representative, and based on valid business scenarios.
• Present testing progress, business readiness, and project risks to the PMO and Steering Committee, and provide an independent Go / Conditional Go / No-Go recommendation for Go-Live based on overall business readiness.

Requirements that must be met:

• 8–10+ years of experience in SAP testing or quality assurance leadership.
• Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP ePPM is an advantage.
• Strong experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience managing testing governance.
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and System Integrators.
• Strong understanding of:
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Regression Testing
  • Test Data Management
  • Defect Management
• Experience with Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar defect and testing management tools.
• Very good English and Polish
• Willingness to travel for business trips as required by the project.
