Software Architect (Angular) / Relocation to Belgium

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Software Architect (Angular)/ Relocation to Belgium

Your duties will include:

• Design and implement the architecture of web applications using Angular 18.
• Develop comprehensive software solutions and address architectural challenges at the system level.
• Create and promote best practices, design patterns, and guidelines within the development team.
• Collaborate with front-end, back-end, and DevOps teams to ensure effective system integration.
• Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews and mentoring other developers.
• Optimize application performance and resolve complex performance issues.
• Define and document project and technical requirements.
• Continuously analyze new technologies and trends in the Angular ecosystem, implementing innovative solutions.
  
  

Requirements that must be met:

• At least 5 years of experience in software architecture design 
• Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to write unit and integration tests (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Strong leadership skills
• Very good English and Polish
• Relocation to Belgium required
