MLOps Engineer / Consultant

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for MLOps Engineer / Consultant.

Your duties will include: 

MLOps Engineer / Consultant. with experience in Large Language Models (LLM) and their integration with other platforms and services.

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM), including concepts such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), contextual learning, and fine-tuning.
• Proven track record in developing production-ready machine learning code, with a focus on LLMs, ideally using RAG concepts.
• Proficiency in Python (3+ years), along with solid knowledge of algorithms and software design principles.
• Experience in prompt engineering, embeddings, agent architecture, and working with vector databases.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, including GenAI operationalization and scaling strategies, such as LLM tracking and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong research and experimental skills to explore new technologies, prioritize business objectives, and effectively present findings.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless technologies.
• Background in DevOps and MLOps, emphasizing collaborative development and experimentation.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Polish.
