Lead Developer / Solution Architect C#

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Lead Developer / Solution Architect C#.

Your duties will include: 

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of the project.
• Design and develop software for production line control and data gathering.
• Ensure seamless integration with PLC using low-level communication (bit level).
• Facilitate data exchange between the system and SAP using IDOCs.
• Integrate with 3rd party applications using REST APIs and flat files.
• Oversee the development of a web portal for user interaction, working closely with front-end technologies like React.

Requirements that must be met:

• High proficiency in C# development.
• Experience with React for building web interfaces.
• Expertise with Jenkins, Yarn, and Git for CI/CD and version control.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and handling database operations through C#.
• Proven experience in PLC integration with low-level communication.
• Experience integrating with SAP using IDOCs.
• Familiarity with integrating 3rd party applications through REST APIs and flat files.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with production control systems and KPI tracking.
