For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for : ICT Support Officer - relocation to the Netherlands
Your duties will include:
We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer (Back Office) specializing in Infrastructure, Sharepoint, and Database Management to join team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of ICT services and provide expert 3rd-level support to end users.
- Provide 3rd-line support on technical incidents and user requests related to backend systems (network, storage, video conferencing, databases).
- Proactively monitor and maintain infrastructure and business applications.
- Document and test technical solutions; prepare change requests and implementation plans.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
- Test and deploy new servers, infrastructure, or upgrades, and deploy new business applications.
- Propose technical solutions to meet functional and security requirements.
- Develop procedures for system administration and update technical documentation as needed.
- Manage all aspects of MS Azure DevOps (TFS), Sharepoint, and SQL Server database administration across multiple environments.
- Configure and maintain Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, and database servers and processes to ensure high performance and security.
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct real-time issues, providing end-to-end problem resolution.
- Develop, document, and enforce database system standards and security protocols.
Requirements that must be met:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Operations with strong understanding of database structures, principles, and best practices.
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft TFS, Sharepoint, and SQL Server administration in a high-availability environment.
- Expertise in T/SQL scripting, SQL Server performance tuning, and optimization.
- Familiarity with other database technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and virtualized environments (VMWare).
- Experience in administering MS Sharepoint (2013/2016/2019), MS Analysis Services, MS Integration Services, and MS Reporting Services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Active Directory, and Kerberos authentication.
- Experience in supporting web-based hosted applications.
- ITIL knowledge, particularly Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
- Very good English and Polish
- Hybrid work, relocation to the Netherlands required
